We are a small, one attorney, law firm specializing in criminal defense and police misconduct litigation. Our practice extends throughout the State of Oklahoma in both State and Federal Courts, as well as certain municipal courts. We also represent clients in Federal Courts in several other States.
Since 1976, Douglas L. "Doug" Parr has dedicated his legal skills to the defense of persons accused of criminal conduct and the protection and defense of Constitutional and Civil Rights. He has been honored by the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association for Outstanding Accomplishments in Criminal Defense and is a frequent lecturer and instructor at the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Institute and seminars sponsored by the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the University of Oklahoma School of Law, and the Oklahoma City University Law School. Mr. Parr has appeared as a legal commentator on "ABC Nightline" and "Good Morning America" and has been a Cooperating Attorney with the Center For Constitutional Rights in New York City since 1980.
This firm provides comprehensive defense in DUI cases and all level of drug offenses and accepts cases ranging from bank and mail fraud to conspiracy, murder, rape, armed robbery, and all other felony and misdemeanor charges.
